In brief, overall an excellent experience. Our experience with Tacheny began October of 2020. We met with our Sales Rep Dody and placed the order. Dody informed us of the estimated time frame and kept us informed throughout the entire process, including the handoff to Chrystal, Isabel, and our project manager Jason. Throughout the process, regardless of the change - timing of materials, arrival of all materials, availability of the installation crew the entire team was receptive to questions and fully explained the process and the impact to the project. Ultimately during the siding installation and finishing the project the entire team remained engaged and striving for 100% customer satisfaction - even when it required a last minute material change. The team swapped out the accent shakes to exceed our expectations. Excellent experience!
